Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Madrid, Evening Tapas Walk

Day 2: Visit the Prado Museum, Lunch at Botín & Paella Workshop
Begin the day with a private visit to the Prado Museum, then stroll through the Literary Quarter and sit down to a memorable lunch at Botín, Madrid’s oldest restaurant. In the afternoon, you’ll head to a cooking school for a hands-on paella workshop led by a local chef.
Day 3: Stroll Through the Salamanca District, Train to Seville
Take a self-guided morning walk through Madrid’s upscale Salamanca district, stopping to browse the food stalls at Mercado de la Paz. In the afternoon, board a high-speed train to Seville, then settle into your hotel and enjoy dinner at a nearby Andalusian restaurant.
Day 4: Jamón Ibérico Experience & Jewish Quarter Walk with Tapas
Start the day with a private day trip into the Sierra de Aracena countryside to visit a jamón ibérico farm and sample local ham. Later on, you’ll return to Seville and explore the historic Jewish Quarter on foot with a local guide, followed by a relaxed tapas dinner.
Day 5: Day Trip to Jerez & Cádiz
Take a private day trip south of the city, starting with a stop in Jerez de la Frontera to visit a sherry bodega and taste the region’s famous fortified wine. Continue to coastal Cádiz to explore one of Western Europe’s oldest cities before returning to Seville in time for dinner.
Day 6: Explore the Seville Cathedral & Alcázar, Train to Madrid
